My old laptop crashed and I need to re-install After Effects and Premiere but I can only upgrade to Catalina. I downloaed the Creative Cloud app and I ticked the preference for older apps but nothing shows up. The app just reads "System Incompatible."
Is there a way to get a compatible version?

Did you have a time machine backup of your old computer? If so, and the old version was on there you may be able to restore before the crash and use your old version. Otherwise, it's probably time for an upgrade if your Mac could only go up to Catalina.

Sometimes support can provide you with older Adobe application versions.

I believe sometime back, Jeff Wright wrote that it depends on the application as to whether Adobe support can provide older versions not listed in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.
Just a couple of days ago support provided a user an older Photoshop version for macOS Catalina 10.15 that was not on the older applications list.
