Can I use Adobe CC subscription baught in US in Bangladesh?

Hi I am a student from Bangladesh. I want to buy Adobe CC subsription but to do that in our country we need to go through a reseller but tje problem is the prices on their websites are just to damn high.

Its about 1145$/year for the All Apps plan. And as a student I cant afford this price.

But recently I came to know about a company who ships product from the US to Bangladesh, I asked them if they could buy Adobe CC subscription for me from the US, because it would be cheaper for me then they said Yes they can do that.

But I was concerned if doing so is legal or allowed according to Adobes terms and condition.

I am in very big confusion please jelp me out.

We can't give here legal advice. I understand your pain, however. I do not know however, if Adobe accepts a US subscription from a student in Bangladesh if that student is not registered in a US University.

Apart from licensing problems, there may also be tax problems.

I can confirm however, that a license bought in one country continues to work in a different country if you relocate (temporarily). The check is done on the credit card. That one needs to be registered in your country of origin.
