Can install PremierPro but not XD or InDesign

Getting a tad bit frustrated here.  This morning I tried to install InDesign and XD from my CC app.  Neither app will install and they return a 117 (network connectivity) error.

After those failed I tried to install PremierPro and it, along with MediaEncoder, and was able to do so without any issues.

My question is why can I install some apps but not all of them?  So far I've been able to install Dreamweaver, Lightroom Classic, Acrobat DC, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.

Any ideas on how to install XD and InDesign???

Windows 10.

I had to reinstall the CC app itself.  Then I was able to install the oldest version of XD and was able to update it to the current version.

InDesign I was able to install V 13.1 but not 14.0.1.

Not a fan of the CC install utility!!!
