Can not install Elements

I can't install Photoshop Elements (trial). When I click the run file, it's asking me to sign in, but when I click Continue nothing happens. I downloaded the install file again, restarted my comp but nothing helps. What now??

Jussi, what version of Elements are you trying to install? What operating system is installed on the computer?  Does the computer have unrestricted access to the Internet, or does an organization manage it?

It may be your operating system that is asking for you to enter your operating system password.

Can you post a screenshot of the sign in window (WITHOUT YOUR INFORMATION ENTERED)?
