I am using Adobe Elements Bundle 15 & 2018, just purchased new 2022 version, downloaded and installed, after installation completed and done activation, tried to open the editer, the program asked me to login to my accout, then asked me to keyin the activation code, when done, it showed "The serial number you entered has been revoked". I login to my Adobe account, it showed the new programmed been activated, but can't find device in the "my device". Please advise how to fix this issue or tell me a way to contact Adobe technical supporting staffs. Thank you very much for your attention.

The issue seems can't be fixed, however, the agent offered me a refund and kindly sent me a quote with better discount, unfortunately, while I clicked on the link and click "buy now", it keeps telling me there is a system error, and can't finished the purchase. Anyway, thank you for your help!
