I recently purchased a student account. However, I think my school email blocks Adobe emails because I have not received any correspondence from them and have been trying to contact them. I am using my sister's account to post this message because I can't sign in since I don't receive emails from Adobe. I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or through any of the "speak to a live representative" links because there is no live representative. I'm really frustrated about this. Is there any way at all to speak to a real person from Adobe? I thought there used to be a live chat option but have not been able to find it.
