Can't Create Password

Our School recently got Creative Cloud for us so we can use all the products at home for free.

We got an e-mail with a link to create an account, by setting out name and password. But!

NO MATTER WHAT password I set, it ALWAYS says that it doesn't meet the parameters (both lower and upper case letters, at least one number, at least 8 characters and be different from our name).

Have you created a hard enough password yet?

I have fugured it out. Turns out that the conditions for the password (at least in my language) were incorrectly written. It said that you need a number OR a symbol. But!

YOU NEED BOTH A NUMBER AND A SYMBOL (such as #&_@? etc.)
