Can't dowload PREMIERE PRO

Morning all, Im trying to download the trial version of APP but it just wont start. Ive turned off the anti virus but nowing. All i get is this message "This page isn't available right now. Try visiting this page again later." Any help appreciated

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Appreciate you feedback thank you. I have tried everything mentioned and it still wont download (same error message) Any other things i could try please prior to deleting all related installs and forgetting the trial.

is the cc desktop installed on your computer?

if so, any problem installing other adobe apps using the cc desktop?
