I'm currently using my school's adobe creative cloud program, and I asked if it's possible for me to install and use the apps at home, my teacher said yes.
For some reason when I log into my account on my home computer, nothings there, I use the same account as the one at school, but it just says I have no other plans besides the free apps.
I've tried to sign out of the computer at school (which shouldn't matter as I've heard adobe can work on 3 different computers at a time), and yet there's still nothing that shows up on my apps or plans besides the free apps and trials. Even though my plan includes things like premiere pro and Photoshop.
Yes, I have downloaded the desktop app as well, nothing on there.
I asked my teacher about it, and she said it works for her. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm assuming this is a fairly simple problem to solve and i'm just dumb.

no, the key is whether you're signed in to cc on two computers when you want to use it on a third, not whether cc programs are open or closed. (actually, if a program is opened on a computer, you can sign out of cc on that computer and continue to use the open program, for a while):
you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs.
the only (insignificant for internet connect computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time. because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

because you're not signing in with a valid id/password on your cc app or, at least, adobe's not recognizing a valid id/pass.
to resolve, first verify your personal subscription and password by going to accounts.adobe.com. if you can't do that because you're using a corporate or education license, you're not entitled to use cc on the non-corp/non-edu computer.
if you are able to verify your subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
