Can't download Game Developer Tools

I'm trying to download Flash C++ compiler, but download buttons at https://www.adobe.com/products/gaming/tools.html just redirecting to http://gaming.adobe.com/getstarted/.

The same thing with other tools except Flash Professional CS6 and Flash Builder 4.7.

The direct link http://gamingdl.adobe.com/flascc/FlasCC_1.0.0.zip doesn't work

Does anybody have the same problem?

Can anybody help me with this issue or provide working link?

Have you tried a different web browser?  Someone else reported this issue yesterday http://forums.adobe.com/message/4933549#4933549 but I was unable to reproduce the behavior described.

Yes, I've tryed it in Google Chrome 23.0.1271.97 and Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421 64 bit edition on Windows 7 64 bit and https://www.adobe.com/products/gaming/tools.html opens correctly, but links on download buttons just redirect me to http://gaming.adobe.com/getstarted/ (similar happens when you try to open invalid URL with gamingdl.adobe.com. For example http://gamingdl.adobe.com/test-test-test-test-test).

P.S. After your answer I've also tryed to open https://www.adobe.com/products/gaming/tools.html  in Opera 11.60 Build 1185 on Windows 7 and I had the same issues with that page as was described in the topic you have given. It opens blank and somethink like small rectangle blinks sometimes on white background.

The first video looks like your security settings might be interferring with accessing a secure URL.  Perhaps try adding adobe.com to your trusted sites temporarily?

The second video I am unsure why you would not be able to access the download.  Try putting http://gamingdl.adobe.com/flascc/FlasCC_1.0.0.dmg in your address bar.

I am clicking 'download' under Adobe Game Developer Tools in "Apps", redirects to a blank page?

Safari, Firefox and Chrome just redirect to this URL with a blank grey page underneath the menu bar:

Yes, this is a problem.
I can't download nothing in Opera not in Chrome.
I can download only in old FireFox 3.6 in Windows.

And in Konqueror under Linux.
