Hi, I can't download from Creative clooud, I tried to download several times, but it always fails, says that Adobe's servers are not available, error code 113. But my internet works fine and without interruptions. What should I do, please tell me

Unable to reach Adobe servers sometimes due to your firewall or antivirus software.
If you r win 10 system, plz try to shut them down or add adobe on the whitelist..
