Can't install any products of Adobe on OSX

Hello Adobe,

I searched the forums, found solutions, but nothing helps/works.

I get the following error when I try to install any product from you:

Sorry, installation failed.

Another installer is currently running, which must me closed before installing this product. Please close or wait for other installers complete. (Error Code: P81)

It all started after updating to Mojave on OSX..

Please provide some help.

Hi,

Creative Cloud installer 4.7.0.400 and Photoshop installer from the Creative Cloud web environment. I guess those are the latest versions for OSX.

Ok, thanks, Toma89853574.  Please reboot the computer and then begin the installation again.  If you have an individual membership then please use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to begin the installation.  Information on how to install through the Creative Cloud desktop app can be found at Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps .
