Before you ask. YES I AM NOT INSTALLING ON A NETWORK DRIVE.

So I am basically going clinically insane trying to install any CC app.

I've tried reinstalling everything. I've tried resbooting my Computer. I've tried everything multiple times.

Yet still it gets stuck at 10% then fails and gives me Error Code 176.

I've also tried literally EVERY POSSIBLE DRIVE HOOKED UP TO MY PC. (Which are 4 to be precise)

I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have Work to do and can't do anything.

I hate my life.

Is there any way to install Photoshop without using CC and just using CC to verify after install?

Bernard, where do the error logs state that the installer is trying to install to? The location should be near the error message within the error log.  If you need information on locating the install destination and any additional information about the error, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html.

Could be as simple as an errant registry entry as suggested here:

Try running the Cloud Cleaner Tool.

Reboot. Then try reinstalling.
