I just got the creative cloud and everything workes fine. But as I installed After Effects, it got stuck at 5% and then gave me error 176. I tried multiple things but nothing worked. And it's not an network drive.
LG, Error 176 has typically been accurate. Can you please post the log file portion that contains the fatal error to this public discussion? Information on how to locate the error can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html. The error will include the location where the failure is occurring.
