I'm not sure is this on right place at this forum but for some reason I can't install Creative Cloud at all on my computer.
My computer is MacBook Air M1 with newest OS.
When I download installer here:
https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud?locale=en
But when I click to stat it it doesn't do anything. I can see it on activity monitori but it just stayes there and nothing happens. Sometimes it get "Not responding" and sometimes doesn't.
I have tried to run at creativecloud cleaning app but it doesn't do anything and only tells me that there is something to fix on my hosts file but it can't do anything and when I check my hosts file it looks normal.
I have rebooted my computer few times and I tried to run cleaning with OnyX too but nothing has changed. I have tried to delete files from cache and library etc. but no change.

assuming you have no adobe cc apps on your computer and the cc desktop app is not on your computer:
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
<moved from cc desktop>

Sorry that it took so long for me to answer.
Clear tool only says that "The following installation were found on your system:" and there is only "Fix Host File".
If I choose it and click "cleanup selected" it says "Adobe Creatie Cloud Cleaner Tool successfully completed. '0' enteries were fixed".
I run that and then rebooted and downloaded installer but nothing changed it still "crash" and Acitivity monitor says "Creative Cloud Installer (Not Responding)" and nothing happens.

it's possible, if safari is your default browser. suspend adguard, then try installing the file you downloaded from the link in my first reply.

I did quit it but it didn't change anything 😕 Creative Cloud Installer still runs for a little while and then stop responding.

contact adobe support (using chat) so they can check your computer. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble. In addition to the suggestion given by the expert above, you can follow the steps listed here.
It appears as if you're getting Error 501 while installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
Check out this article for reference: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/exit-code-501-creative-cloud.html
Let us know if it helps.
