Can't install Lightroom on Windows 7

I have a question? I can not download the lighthouse program I just purchased w my ccard because it wont install on windows 7 my desktop? What should I do? If it wont work thats fine but can I purchase windows 7 photoshop and download it instead?

1 - the program is Lightroom, not lighthouse
