Hey,

I bought Lightroom yesterday and I can't download it. Adobe says my operating system is not compatible (Windows 11 Home 64-Bit Version (10.0, Build 22631)). I checked the system requirements, and I meet them (i5 12600k, 3.7GHz, RTX 3070Ti 8GB VRAM).

What could be the issue? I’ve already updated all drivers and my Windows. What else can I do?

Simon, I'm sorry you can't use your new Lightroom membership. Have you installed other Adobe applications on this computer before? Are you following the steps in https://adobe.ly/4aJSqCy while downloading and installing Lightroom for the first time? If the Creative Cloud Desktop application was already installed on the computer, then make sure that compatibility mode has not been turned on for an older operating system. ^JW
