I have a problem to install adobe apps (photoshop)error 403 with my macbook " M1 pro 2011 2021

I already turn off auto update but It doesn't works. 

Can anyone help me

I am facing the same issue, I don't know what is problem behind it. I have also reset to factory settings but still it is not installing.
