so here the OS I am working on: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

I have enough space on my computer. I've already installed Photoshop Elements 12 on my second computer and everything went fine during the installation.

I've bought a cd-box from Adobe.

Exactly the same problem in trying to install PSE 9 on Windows 11 Pro 64 bits !

I have forced the setup program to run in Win 7 compatibilty mode, and I have diabled the memory integrity protection, but the installation fails with the same message as above !
