Can't open Creative Cloud

Hi There,

I can't open/update Creative Cloud. Had a message to contact support; Creative Cloud desktop failed to update. (Error code: 72) Contact Customer Support.

I wanted to download InDesign on this computer. Our IT support said I need to contact you.
