Hey, I cannot login to my main account. I am on a new PC and I don't have access to my password. I have access to my email address (both of them). I tried to recover the password via email but I don't receieve any email with the recovery option.I checked spam etc. no email from adobe. I can also acces my phone but I can't choose password recovery via phone, your site automatically uses "email" as an recovery option. I can't choose anything else. What can I do?

Nancy, have you tried to change your password. Try it. If it works for you, come back and tell US ALL how you did it.
Myself and another have tried and it says sign in but cant remember password. Create or change password does not allow you further WITHOUT a password!

Read the entire page. If you do not receive the code by email or text, look in your spam folder. If it is not there, follow the directions to update your email and/or phone.

What do you mean by “main account”? You can’t log on to your computer? To the forums? To your Adobe account? Something else?

Sorry, the Contact "Customer Care" link does not work as you need to be logged in? So if you can't log in as your already trying to reset your password, how do you contact "Customer Care"?
I also have another account which I recently set up, and I can log in with that account. When I access Customer Care and follow the steps through to contact Adobe I see the following:
So how am I supposed to contact Adobe and resolve the solution, talk about seamless Customer Care?
