can't reinstall photoshop 2021

Photoshop 2021 kept crashing, so I looked online and multiple people said they reinstalled it, which basically solved the problem for them. So, I uninstalled it, but now I can't find it on my creative cloud. It is included in my plan, but it doesn't show up. When I search for it with the searchbar, it doesn't let me click on the desktop version (it immediatly goes back to the main screen). I've tried to install it trough the site, which redirects me to the creative cloud, but then nothing happens. I've tried changing the language, but it just doesn't show up.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I even tried reinstalling it, which didn't change anything as well. I'm really stuck here.
