In order to get a new plan including InDesign, I mistakenly unsubscribed from my previous one, which solely included Photoshop, thinking I had to do so to get a new one which was supposed to include both apps.
Since this was only my faulty evalutation, I briefly realized that I couldn’t subscribe again for Photoshop, but only for InDesign, because I should wait for my previous plan’s expiration date (January the 30th).
The thing is that now, every time I launch Photoshop, a windows pops up, telling me that there’s an issue with my billing credentials, and I can’t actually fix it by myself before, as I’ve said, January 30th.
In the end, can Adobe staff kindly reinstate my previous Photoshop subscription, or at least immediately charge me with a new one?
Thanks in advance.
