Can’t sign in

So today the techs at my school downloaded all the adobe programs for free on my laptop  and whenever I try to use it at home, it doesn't work and it asks me to sign in, I try sign in as enterprise, with my school email but it doesn't work?

Does it work in your school?

If yes it is an IP problem for the connection - see with the technicians!
