can't sign out of creative cloud app

I want to sign out of the creative cloud app on my computer and log into my account but it wont let me.

What can I do

I believe it is because it is doing a software update. Either cancel all current software updates (i.e. Photoshop etc.) or wait for them to install and pop-up notification saying update complete. After that the 'Sign Out' button stops being grayed out and becomes useable
