hi I just bought my annual plan students version.
and I got order number ADD037447000EDUK
but my planning box is empty and also cant use or even cancel.
could you help?

Give it a little time to settle thru the purchasing system. If the plan is not yet active then the option to cancel would also understandably not yet be active. If it doesn't resolve in a day then contact Adobe Customer Support (these forums are not them).
Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

It may take a while before the plan gets activated, so allow a few hours for this to happen.
If, however, you still can't use your plan, please Contact Customer Care .
Report back if despite contacting customer care, you still can't find your plan.
