Can't use Premiere Pro 2019 after plan change even though it's installed on my computer

I just changed my plan to be After Effects based and I thought I could still use Premiere Pro as well, since I had it pre-installed before my plan changed. It was my knowledge that the plans just gave you updates to the programs, not locking you out of them if they weren't included, even if you already had them on your computer and had purchased them prior to a plan change.

Is there a way to use Premiere Pro without CC, or are you required to use CC for any Adobe product even if you had bought it previously?

You can only use the products to which you are subscribed.

If you unsubscribe or allow it to expire, you can't use the CC application.
