Can you upload web pages to your cloud which people can view publicly?

Hi folks, I'm a web developer and I currently have a web hosting account. But the only thing I really use it for is posting prototypes of web pages for clients to view, so I don't really want to spend the money on it anymore. So my question is, can I upload HTML files to my cloud and get a sharing link where anyone can view a live version of the page in their browser without them having to have an Adobe account (think codepen as an example)?

No.  Cloud storage is not a public facing web server.   It's file storage for sharing with colleagues and synchronizing files to other devices.   If you want your clients to have a true web experience and not a file sharing experience, you will need to maintain a web hosting plan of some sort.
