It is impossible to navigate or contact Adobe to cancel a subscription. I have spent hours online. There is no way to contact and once I actually managed to connect to an online virtual tech but would not respond to my questions. I have sold the company the account was for, emailed and made several attempts to stop this intrusive product. I have not had it installed on any computer long before I made my first attempt to cancel. You can not respond to the constant emails that say there is a problem with the billing. The credit card used no longer exists. This is next to extortion but I will take a lucky guess there is some obscure method to cancel that no one could find that will will release them from liability.
Any simple solutions from someone else that experienced this?

The simple solution is to pay the due and self cancel. The other solution is to Contact Customer Care .

I invite even those that are not trying to cancel to clink on Abambo's link and navigate through the customer care pages. Very reluctant to post the word cancel anywhere and some just take you in circles. My account shows the only two devices it was installed on were uninstalled months ago. Again, the point is it is deliberately designed to be as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription.

As long as there are payment issues you cannot self cancel.
