Cancel My Adobe CC

New Here ,
Sep 17, 2018 Sep 17, 2018

I've done a month-month (1 year) full Adobe CC package  since June 2017. In May 2018 I switched my plan to a reduced Photography plan for the remainder of the 1 year subscription, however my subscription was restarted for another prepaid year. I was not notified that my current plan was being reset and that if I cancel now, I have to pay for the remainder 8 months cancellation fee.

This is unacceptable and I want the auto-renew to be cancelled immediately. My plan should not have auto-renewed after June 2018 but there is no option to disable it through my settings.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... where it says that auto-renew will happen https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html
