Couple of day ago, I wanted to cancerl my adobe cloud monthly subscription. I conctacted a representative, he said he did it. This morning i checked and the plan is still there. When will it be removed. Next payment is in 3 days. The infamous cancel button is not there either. I tried other browsers, didnt work, button's not there. Contacting support is clearly close to impossible. I have been trying to do this process for a while, has never worked. I can see in the forums that its a prevalent problem. Can someone cancel my subscription and delete my account so I never have to touch adobe with a 10 foot pole again? thanks

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the Covid virus, so wait times are long
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

According to the Subscription Terms, your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
Does that answer your question?
Me. too. they send you round incircles. I had to take NEED to contaxcrt ion order to cancel this crappy thing???????
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
Bro i tried to cancel mine and they asked 120 dollars from me and i live in sputh africa do you know how much money that is here
Adobe support's gone BOT or nonexistent actual Support like others 😡
This! Can't believe this 'support' chat is nearly 4 years then. I canceled mine too, a few weeks ago. But still getting billed and only the idiot chat BOT to "solve" matters. Ridiculous!
