cancel or switch plan

I use student plan but somehow it changes into 29.9 dollars. It was 19.9 when I bought this. and I can't even change or cancel my plan.

The QnA showed me screenshot but I have difference in account. I attach picture. I can't find change or cancel plan in anywhere.

When you buy an Education subscription, the terms you "click to agree" should be clear about the first/later years
