I have been trying to cancel my trial subscription for two weeks. I am unable to do so on my account online and am unable to get in touch with any form of Adobe support staff. The chat function is not available online and I cannot find any phone numbers. Please advise as to how to do so.

Is it the same AdobeID that is posting on this forum that is trying out the trial version?
If that's the case, I should normally be able to access it...
