Quero cancelar minha conta. Hoje é o segundo dia que tento sem sucesso. Estou no trial de 7 dias e não pretendo pagar por um produto que não foi útil para mim. Aguardo resposta, pois o método de cancelamento descrito no site não funciona.
I would like to cancel my account because this product it is not useful to me. I am trying do it around 2 days, just following the site instructions, but so far I could not do the cancelation of my 7 days trial.

p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).
