Canceling subscription for a timeframe

Hi!  So, I am needing to table some of my video editing work for a bit; I do want to come back to it.  I have the entire CC package subscription; I really only use the Premier Pro and the Spark Video.  $37/mos. Is there a better way?  Can I keep all of my editing work that I have established thus far?

when you cancel, you lose none of your work/production files.  you just can't open them in adobe's subscription programs after cancellation.  you can still open them in other programs that understand their file type.

after restarting your subscription you'll be able to open them in adobe's programs again.

note:  if you have an annual plan, there's a penalty for early cancellation.

$37/month gets me access to many apps that are available in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Is it possible for me to only subscribe to Adobe Spark and Premier Pro?  Is it economical to do this?
