I canceled my subscription within 14 days. Money did not return, what to do and when they should return it?

How long ago did you cancel?

A credit,  if one is owed to you, should appear on your next monthly bank or credit card statement.

Refunds are processed manually and need some time to be done. Refunds are done to the same account that was used to take the subscription:

• if PayPal it will be PayPal
• if credit card it will be credit card
• if debit card it will be the account connected to the debit card
• etc.
