I signed up for the free trial, and cancelled the day it was due to roll over to the normal plan. However, I've been informed Adobe have tried to take payment for it and say my account is active - on an annual plan? There doesn't appear to be any place to actually CANCEL the plan either - can't find anything or get through to anyone on Twitter etc.
Has anyone else had any luck?
If there was a payment issue, the cancel button is not available. You need to Contact Customer Care to solve the problem.
