Hello,
My annual subscription is nearing renewal in a few days and have decided not to renew it. I have tried several ways to cancel membership to no avail:
1. Via account page - Clicking Manage -> Cancel Membership will display “Please contact support”
2. Chat support - everytime I click the textbox, the page moves away from the textbox and goes to the top. Same for IE and Chrome
3. Call support - cant seem to reach the number provided. I am calling from Philippines, I dialled 00 1 800 833 6687
Please help.
Technical support can cancel your Creative Cloud subscription but you need to contact them via Contact Customer Care . Do not forget to push the "blue" button at the end of answering some questions to direct you to the correct support team member.

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply. On your 1st point, cant cancel membership from my account page. It says to contact customer service.
On your 2nd point, i checked the links on the link you posted and it seems to continue to loop me to the same support page without any way of moving forward to cancel.
Can any technical support just help to cancel it for me please?

Thanks Abambo, was able to chat with the tech support and my annual membership will no longer be auto-renewed once it expires in a few days
