Hi I want to cancel my subscription. I am not using creative cloud anymore and I simply cannot afford it. There is no option to cancel my subscriptions under plans and payments, and thats where the help page keeps sending me. Please can someone help!!

Please contact the support through call/chat for the cancellation requests and the billing queries:

This still doesn’t seem to be working. I cannot call as it takes me through the three question process I’ve and over again. It’s not giving me any other options to Call up and speak to someone. I keep following th steps from the three questions however my account does not give me the option to cancel. Please help me further

Try using a different browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
