Hi people,
I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscriptions, in which i have registered the account a year ago as a student user (One-year contract). Lately, i attempted to cancel my subscription before the renewal of contract (15/112018). Yet, when i followed the instructions on the website, it turned out to be a loop and none of the subscriptions were available on my account. What should i do?
