Hi
when a friend of mine signed up with a yearly student subscription they misunderstood the 14 days cancellation period, thinking day 1 would be the day after signing up (ie. 14 full days, rather than 13.5 days if bought at midday). Is there any way of still getting a full refund in this basis and what would be the best way to pursue it? As a student who has given up their course and no longer needs the software they're understandably upset at the idea of having paid for something they won't use for the next 12 months. Thanks
