Cannot cancel my CC subscribtion that will be renewed soon

Hi,

My yearly subscription will be renewed on 14.04 and I do not want to renew but cannot cancel it.

Chat does not work (service unavailable)... cannot dial the # given as it is an international number. And as far as i can see there is no other way to cancel it.

p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).

hi, thanks for your answer but the problem is that the chat service is always unavailable (even in business hours).

and the other option is to call the given number which it is an international number and my line is closed to international calls (and i do not want to open)

so is there any other option?

p.s my subscription will end on 14.04 so i need to cancel it asap

Did you set the correct region?

(Yes, some regions are served from an international location. For English service, I get a UK or Ireland number for my region)
