Cannot Download and install Adobe Fuse (beta) on Catalina

I cannot download or install adobe fuse. I have an annual subscript to the entire adobe suite (personal not organization). Adobe Fuse does not appear on my creative cloud installer. If I search for it within the installer and click learn more it brings me back to the home screen. 

When I click download off of the adobe website it says fuse is not installing, prompts me to open the creative cloud desktop app, but then nothing happens. 

I am using a 2019 16 inch macbook pro running macOS Catalina 10.15.13

When I go to the index page https://community.adobe.com/ and select alphabetical sorting, I do not find a forum for Fuse... so it may be that the product is no longer available

Fuse is not compatible with Catalina.  Sorry.

And as the announcement below says, Fuse is being discontinued.
