I am unable to download anything from adobe creative cloud cc desktop software.
my specs are as follows
4th gen cpu haswell i7-4690k 4.4ghz
16gb ram @ 2133mhz
256gb neutron ssd sata drive with 32+ free space.
3tb WD HDD
z97x gigabyte mobo capable of 5th gen cpus
my OS build is the most up to date (not even worth mentioning because it;s not going to change.)(OS build ATLEST 1809)
all intel, motherboard and hardware drivers are up to date and working nominal with other softwares that use networking.
In combination with, I have tried the following:
hard windonws 10 format63
install without antivirus
install without firewall
install using direct links
install in alternative modes like safemode+networking
I have checked system requirements, I meet and surpass them all, including virtual firmware minimum requirements..
If a staff member can get in touch with me or send me up to a more technical specialist regarding windows 10 installation.. that would be appreciated as I am a long-time paying enthusiast,

otherwise, your os is not up-to-date. i have
though that wouldn't prevent everything from installing. confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos?
if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
