Cannot install Adobe XD

I have recently changed my OS to Windows 10 Pro. But I cannot install Adobe creative clous apps .

It says to upgrade the OS ? Confused !

Avnishpriyagautam, what error messages do you receive when you attempt to install Adobe XD and other Adobe applications?  If you are unsure, then please find the errors that are located within the install log.
