Cannot install After Effects, Creative Cloud thinks my computer isn't updated with Windows 10 but is

Hi, so I recently got a new computer and after downloading Creative Cloud I can't seem to download anything else.

 

Every time I go to the main page to download software almost all of them say they are 'Not Compatible' even though I have updated all my whole PC.

 

I'm trying to redownload After Effects but it says I require Windows 10 1803 or higher, however, my computer has Windows 10 1901. Creative Cloud just doesn't seem to recognize the update. Help?
