Cannot install xD update [ error code 191 ]

I know that many other people have the same problem. Actually, a colleague sitting next to me in our company, has exactly the same issue. It only happens with the newest XD Version tho. Version 17 works fine. No idea what changed from Adobe side, but i guess it has something to do with the rights management on our machines. I have administration rights, but no control over firewalls or security. That is something in control of our IT. I contacted them already and they are trying to find a solution, but still, as a user, i should not be in the role of bugfixing your software adobe. Please, whatever you do with this XD, just make it work. I am really thinking of switching to Axure or Invision just because this here does not work properly.
