Cannot Login Adobe through Creative Cloud in China

But I can log in to Adobe on the Website,

what do you see when trying to sign in to the cc desktop app from here,  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
