Frantise, what error message are you encountering when you attempt to log into your recently purchased Creative Cloud All Apps plan?  Are you installing the software on a computer and network you own and maintain?

Its saying: Crative Cloud loading and the round is turning. I used Adobe from different account, last week I purchased this one. But yesterday everything worked just fine. Today, I cannot open any program because of the impossibility to login 😞

Thanks, Frantise; please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html for steps you can take to resolve the current inability to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

If you continue to encounter problems, please review https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html for common solutions to resolve connection errors.  A misconfigured software firewall or security software could be causing the current problems and can be quite common when installed on a new computer.
