Cannot Purchase Creative Cloud subscription

I sign in, put in the credit card stuff, all the information is correct (I've tried different credit cards), but when I hit confirm, it keeps spinning and nothing happens. I've contacted the staff but they said there were problems with the website and told me to try again later.. This is 3 days later, and I still can't purchase it and the same problem occurs. I want to buy the 'Photography Bundle'. Please help. Also I am underage so I use my parent's credit card and when I go in the purchase page, it changes the 'signed in as' from my name to the holder of the credit card's name (which is my mom).

Hi Buffet,

Have you tried using a different browser to make the purchase? What about a different internet connection? Are you behind a firewall that might be blocking the purchase?

If none of those is the issue, try creating a new Adobe ID and see if you are able to make the purchase that way.

I have tried everything you have stated, even tried a new account with a new credit card, does not do anything it just keeps spinning on the confirmation page. please help. I really want photoshop CC

Do your credit card payment address, the country on your Adobe account and the location of the online store all match? For example, since I am in the U.S., I need to shop the U.S. online store and use a U.S. credit card in order to successfully buy products.

If your information all matches and you have tried all the steps previously mentioned without success, you may need to contact Adobe again directly. Reach out to the sales staff rather than technical support: Contact us | Adobe. They can probably complete the purchase for you over the phone.
